The Theatre Department at CapU is a dynamic, integrated department with three separate programs: Acting for Stage & Screen, Musical Theatre and Technical Theatre. Every year, we produce four full-scale productions on the BlueShore Centre for the Performing Arts in which students from each program perform and work as crew. We are closely connected with the Motion Picture Arts Program, where our students collaborate on films and shorts. Most instructors teach in more than one program, and we collaborate regularly to support one another’s work
