The Mathematics and Statistics Department at Capilano University seeks to fill one regular position at an appointment level of 6 sections, with a start date of September 1, 2024 or January 1, 2025. We seek innovative teacher-scholars to teach mathematics and/or statistics courses at the preparatory and university level with the opportunity to work as part of our Math Learning Centre, helping students one-on-one or in small groups.

You can also expect to participate in activities that benefit the department and university as a whole. As a member of our Math & Stat Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of our diverse student body.

What you’ll bring
Candidates must have experience teaching mathematics or statistics at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a PhD in Mathematics or Statistics, candidates with a Masters will be considered.
